What do you mean? This is the kind of knee slapping humor this place has been missing since the silverbacks left. Just be thankful Rusty is back to MTGCGA.

That dude is gay as can be. He thinks his acting out his gayness on this site gives him a leg up. When all that really happens is people just laugh at him.

And he begs people to take bets and if he loses he just will say he didn't lose and you won't see your winnings. Dude is pathetic.

  • Thanks 1

You're just making up stuff, honey pants.

I've always paid. I spent $80 mailing barbecue sauce to Voltaire in China, and when the sauce got pinched, I spent more money sending sauce to him up north, and he confirmed that he receive it.

The only bet still in play is with Horseman, and it was a $100 bet over whether Trump would spend a night in jail sometime before the 2024 elections.

You won't man up and bet me on Ukraine because you're a childish, unfunny, poosay coward full of ignorant opinions.

US to send 31 Abrams tanks to Ukraine

Germany confirmed it will deliver 14 Leopard 2 tanks from its own stock to the country.

US President Joe Biden said that the Ukraine Defense Contact Group members are also sending additional military equipment following their eighth meeting last week.

Biden said the group of 50 nations are each making "significant contributions of their own to Ukraine's integrity."

"I want to thank every member of that coalition for continuing to step up," Biden added.

He said the following countries are sending military equipment and weapons:

  • United Kingdom: Donating Challenger 2 tanks to Ukraine.
  • France: Contributing AMX-10s, armored fighting vehicles and critical air defense systems.
  • Germany and United States: Leopard tanks and Patriot missile battery
  • The Netherlands: Donating a Patriot missile and launchers
  • Poland: Sending armored vehicles
  • Sweden: Donating infantry fighting vehicles
  • Italy: Giving artillery
  • Denmark and Estonia: Sending howitzers
  • Latvia: Providing for stinger missiles
  • Lithuania: Providing anti-aircraft guns
  • Finland: Announced its largest package of security assistance to date

--well that escalated quickly.

What's not getting reported is that we've actually talked at least half a dozen Central and South American countries into sending their old Soviet weaponry to Ukraine on the promise that we will replace it with shining New American stuff.  Great time to be in the defense sector right now.

I think that's kinda what we're doing with a lot of the countries listed above as well.

And as far as American tanks go, they very quietly admitted that it's going to take months to ship and train and bring those tanks online in ukraine.

Russia is going after Poland next, that's a fact. If anyone truly wants Russia out of the Ukraine then they'll have to fully commit. That means fighting big bad Russia, no more donations. They need skilled soldiers to operate this equipment

That got Germany off the fence in regard to their tanks as well as tanks they've supplied to other countries such as Poland.

Putin must be boiling today.

Biden's promise to send tanks delayed by lack of inventory

Pentagon spokesperson confirms U.S. does not have 31 M1 Abrams tanks in stockpile.

Despite President Biden’s promise to send 31 Abrams M1 tanks to Ukraine on Wednesday, it could take months for the artillery to arrive, according to reports.

The New York Post reported that Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh confirmed that the U.S. does not have enough of M1 Abrams tanks in its stockpile to send over to Ukraine at this time.

It's time zelensky get's told to fock off.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged Western nations to speed up their weapons deliveries to Ukraine on Sunday as Russia continued its attacks on eastern Ukraine.

The big picture: Ahead of an anticipated springtime offensive by Russia, Zelensky said Moscow "hopes to drag out the war, to exhaust our forces."

  • Last week, Ukraine secured pledges from the U.S. and Germany for battle tanks, though they may take months to arrive. Go Biden Go. Get those tanks.
  • "We must speed up the events, speed up the supply and opening of new necessary weaponry options for Ukraine," Zelensky said.
  • The U.K. Ministry of Defense wrote in an intelligence update Monday that Russia was likely keeping the door open to initiate another round of its partial mobilization.

Peace is cheaper and a lot less destructive.  Biden and his band of neocons have done nothing to try and stop this but throw good money after bad and ratchet up the rhetoric.  Does anyone really think this ends on the battlefield?

Russia will run out of things to blow up in Ukraine.

"Hey Nikoli, there is a wall standing over there, should we blow that up?"

"Why blow it up? The rest of the building is gone already."

"Well, there is a window in tact in it. And there is nothing else left really."

"Ok. Good point, but I'll just walk over there and break the window with this stick. We may need the rest of the bombs for Poland."

Ukraine has been preparing for this war since 2014, with its military  far better-equipped and trained than Putin knew. He actually thought the Russians would be welcomed with open arms and that his military would roll over Ukraine in a matter of days.. Now we have Europe's bloodiest conflicts since World War II.

Ukraine isn't going to surrender, and there are few, if any, concessions it's willing to make. It's not going to give up territory.

This thing will end one of two ways: a Russian regime change or a Ukrainian victory.

The most decisive moment could come soon with this anticipated Russian call up of additional troops and spring offensive.

   Aren't those the same outcome?  If Ukraine has total victory, it's goodbye Putin and crony's.

Regardless, might not matter who wins... if economist predictions are remotely accurate - Russians are on the brink of an economic avalanche.

America and the world is a better place the more that Russia gets pantsed in this thing. It just a bigger scale than Afghanistan.

Their military is a weak, dysfunctional mess that gets minimized daily thanks to Ukraine.

At this point, the world needs to be in it to win it.

How utterly unique.

It's only a matter of time before Putin is ousted and Russia gives up.  The just need to keep resisting.

I wish Ukraine had something with which to negotiate, but all they have is land, which they're not going to give up, right down to Crimea. Last I read, the Russian death toll in this thing had passed 125,000, which is staggering, plus a crap ton of military equipment.

I read a story yesterday about a former prison inmate who joined Wagner, which had promised money and freedom for participation in the war. As it turned out, Wagner knew there was little chance these guys would go home and sent them in waves to the front as a means of locating the enemy. Like 90 percent of them have died. This guy escaped and managed to find transportation back to Siberia, where he went into hiding, not from Russia but from Wagner.

He at first was just going to go back to the prison but realized that Russia wasn't looking for him.

It's sickening what Russia is doing here, and I'm glad Ukraine has the means to not only defend itself but launch offenses. We're sending them long-range missiles, which will force Russia to move back its supply stations, thus stretching the supply lines, which will be more vulnerable.

I think the worst is yet to come, and this thing will be decided by spring or early summer, most likely with a Ukraine victory if Putin hasn't been taken out.

Case in point. Russia has appeared to have amassed 500,000 soldiers for this expected offensive, which might come Feb. 24, the anniversary of the invasion.

This will be horrific.
