Just disgusting that this thing has ascended to the highest court in the land, partly because of her skin color and genitals,  but mostly because she is an activist, hard core left wing ideologue. Why even bother nominating her and going thru this whole process?    Just declare that we will count Sotomayor's votes twice and leave Breyer's spot open.    The results would be exactly the same.

To me the problem is the reaction to and defending of her. Never mind her incredible “I’m not a biologist” reply, which should have seen her escorted out the door, but shouldn’t certain things, like consistently going soft on pedophiles, just be met with a hard no? No explanation, no rationalization. Just no, next candidate? It’s often said the appearance of impropriety is often just as bad as the impropriety itself. She obviously has a twisted view of how pedophiles ought to be treated. These aren’t people who got caught up in the drug game who she’s advocating for. These are sick and dangerous creatures who ought to be removed from society every time there is an opportunity to do so. These aren’t crimes for money. This is something way beyond  that. These are monsters who can’t be cured.
