Utilit99 4,099 Posted March 18, 2022 Bummer. Friday was supposed to be a festive day at Halas Hall, a chance for the Chicago Bears to formally introduce three new additions to their roster. Instead, that gathering was delayed and significantly revised. Defensive lineman Larry Ogunjobi, who was supposed to be the headliner of the first free agency class put together by new general manager Ryan Poles, no longer had a contract to sign, no longer had his $26.35 million in guaranteed money on what was supposed to be a three-year, $40 million deal. A little before 11 a.m. Friday, a team spokesman announced Ogunjobi had failed his physical with the team and no longer was a part of the organization’s plans. https://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/bears/ct-chicago-bears-larry-ogunjobi-physical-20220318-5fgpd6ocereobeq2b34oxyuhma-story.html

weepaws 2,451 Posted March 18, 2022 They should have had him better prepared to pass the physical, more poor coaching from that Bears staff, shame on them 🥺
Utilit99 4,099 Posted March 18, 2022 Just now, weepaws said: They should have had him better prepared to pass the physical, more poor coaching from that Bears staff, shame on them 🥺 I didn't realize teams coach and rehabilitate players they are looking to bring in to their organization before they actually sign them to a contract. Interesting take by you.
