well, both Miami and New York need to get a good target for their young QB.   

Hill is about as good a target as you'll get.   If the QB cant perform with him as the #1, there is a fair chance they are not a starting calibre QB.

Going out on a limb, but I'm guessing the absurd contract that they have Mahomes is part of the decision.

He's probably asking for Devante Adams money.  To me, that's not absurd.  I mean, it is, but it really isn't.

If Green Bay wasn't going to pay Adams, they were never going to pay Hill.

I'm not surprised... Green Bay didn't get 2 firsts for Adams.  Honestly, this makes me shocked.  They could've gotten Adams for a lot less.  It makes NO sense.

if they keep Parker they could run the Spread offense.   4 WR's all running routes.   tough to blitz when you have that many WR out running routes.

it could potentially create significant mismatches in the secondary.

I don’t understand the move at all, but that is a hell of a starting group. Better all stay healthy though since they’ll have nothing behind them and probably no defense

I thought the Defense was okay last year.    That said, a lot could have changed between then and now.   but My thought is that the Defense is the only reason why Miami wasnt further down in the standings.

Whole different coaching staff and they’re not going to add much. Not sure they lost much either. But anyway, it’ll be collapsing in the next couple of years

keep in mind, when the offense cant move the ball, the defense looks a whole lot worse. 

late in games when they get tired, points are given up that wouldnt be on a team with a functional offense.

This team's defense (assuming the offense is a whole lot better) should perform better in the new environment.
