I'm a bit surprised.  there are at least one or two QB's still on the board who I felt should go ahead of him.

I guess I dont know as much as I thought i did haha (no surprise there)

everybody has bad days.   

Tannehill also took the team to the Superbowl too.   they didn't win it but they got there which is better than 28 other teams that year.  but I think hes earned the right to a mulligan on one bad playoff game so I wouldn't go labeling him as a playoff non performer.

That said, in the salary cap era having a credible backup on a rookie contract can help the cap situation in other areas too.

either way QB didnt strike me as an area of need at the time, but I'm warming up to the idea.
