This is a good point.    My wife has a couple of lingerie type things.   I have her put them on when we're going to get busy.    But the thing comes flying off about 30 seconds after we hit the sheets, so what's the point?

See, here's the problem that b****** haven't figured out. There was a reason for modesty back in the day. It wasn't a moral thing It was an economic thing. Women have one great asset. New Diddy. Eh. I’m in my 30s and nothing has changed for me since I was a teenager. I definitely appreciate the view and like to take my time… I’ve never enjoyed “quickies” because I enjoy the build up and foreplay and teasing etc. 

i would just rather take off her clothes than go through a production of having her change into lingerie. If she sneaks off and comes back wearing the lingerie, okay… bonus. But once we have started I’ve had girls put lingerie on after already being half naked it it’s like ehhh okay.

I like lingerie for several reasons.  One, a little mystery can be sexy, especially in this age where you can see infinite nekkid women on the internet.  Two, it generally makes the woman feel sexy to wear it, which makes her more into it, which is a good thing.  Three, it's a little throwback to younger days when you had to feel through garments to work your way into the fleshy goodness.

But I also agree with others that once the action starts in earnest, a lot of that stuff needs to come off.  That's why I like stuff that doesn't need to. Like say a sheer robe -- keeps her a little warmer (extra bonus) and provides easy access to the fun parts.
