Yep...

Hit your drop down at the top right and select "Ignored Users"...

Then you can type in the name until you find HT, husky or Util99, select them, click all four boxes and then "Add User"...

The only problem is that if someone quotes someone that you have blocked, you unfortunately will see what they said...
