We only know the surface of this trade. We don't know all the sub-surface agreements that were made on this. 

The very fact that Russia agreed to something speaks to what might come with the Ukrainian situation upon which their asses are getting thoroughly kicking in a military embarrassment not seen in human history.

I think this is the beginning of the end of this war, and I ain't got nothing to back that up other than a hunch.
