Cloaca du jour 2,064 Posted June 3, 2022 Its been a good tractor..3 yrs old. Taking the deck off can be a pain...all them damn clips. Get an impact wrench to take blades off. Let the spindles cool before using the washout port or they will suck in water and rust quick. @GutterBoy
MTSkiBum 1,594 Posted June 3, 2022 My grandpa from Altoona, PA always calls his riding lawnmower a tractor. Although, to me a tractor starts at a small Kubota with PTO drive/bucket.

Every day I would tell my kids it was a sushi joint and we need to go there, they were all excited. Took them months to figure out it was machinery.

I know in the past you have made fun of how much research I do, but if i was in your shoes I would join a tractor forum like this one. Generally you will get the most helpful information from actual owners. The forum seems fairly active with hundreds of posts from May. If you google "best small tractor" you get articles that are practically useless, like this one. Good luck in your search

Kubota is probably the most popular for small hobby farms and general use around larger yards.
