I eat strong flavored foods and probably use 40+ herbs and spices regularly.

I just like the purity of most foods.

Over spicing is an Indian tradition to cover up the shlt food they are serving.

For some reason it seems to be popular in China right now. Like every place slathers half the dishes in it, but they don't really know what the fock it is or how to use it.

I'm sure in your capable hands it would be delightful.

And what the fock is an aoli? Like garlic aoli?

Aiolis are variations of mayo. Great on sandwiches and burgers

If you had to just pick one each it has to be salt and garlic, just out of prevalence.  Going with paprika and oregano for non-mandatory ingredients.   Hard choice between oregano and chives though.

Least favorite horseradish and dill.

Definitely not one on my list of favorites. My girlfriend likes it though, so I usually just get the butter chicken when we indulge in that.

I am not big on Asian food in general but if I lived as close to that place as you I would be there at least once a week.

Yep. Saw that. Just got six big bottles delivered today.

May go ahead and order six more.

If you are talking about the bottle with the green tip and the chicken on it.  That aint real siracha.  That is garbage compared to real siracha.

😪

I miss titans.

So my secret ingredient for scrambled eggs? And honest to god? I don't think I use it on anything else. But it makes me absolutely freaking adore scrambled eggs? Dried onion flakes. I guess they call it minced onions.

Just.  works.

Did you know that most of the green crap that they serve in the states is nothing more than horseradish with food coloring? But they market it as wasabi.

Blasphemy!!     Dill is one of the all-time great seafood (fish) seasonings.  Also good on red potatoes and in dips.     And you wouldn't have cocktail sauce without horseradish.    I don't think I could live in a world without cocktail sauce (and clams, shrimp, etc....).

My secret, go-to fav spice - Knorr Caldo de Pollo. Forget making broth, this stuff is amazing on everything - I use it all the time and people have no idea.

On a side note, another anti-Dill vote here. Have never liked cared for it, seems to ruin more flavor than help.

Spice melange is formed deep beneath the sands of Arrakis, where the fungal excretions of sandworm larva mixes with water to form a mass that eventually explodes to the surface due to the planet’s extreme heat. Collecting the melange is extremely difficult; the explosions are deadly and the material hazardous. It’s collected by a vehicle called a Harvester, which must also avoid the giant sandworms. Aircrafts known as Carryalls lift Harvesters to safety.
