But one of my favorite cold pasta salads is just penne with pesto roasted pinion nuts maybe a little purple onion maybe. Sliced cherry tomatoes , black olive slices, and store bought grilled chicken diced up. Then Kens Lite Caesars dressing and don't need much of it Add in what you want real bacon bits, cheddar cheese, sliced Cherry tomatoes, olives and etc. I also cut up pepperoni.
