I thought this was a serious thread. The Procedure is pretty interesting. They try to lengthen the clitoris as much as possible. However, the reality is, while it has quite a bit of sensation, it doesn't amount to much more than a micro peenis.

I was in PA last weekend and my Mother said her friends grandson is or has transitioned and now is supposedly a female.  My Mother said to her friend "so he is gay".  Her friend said her grand-whatever is not gay because he/she likes to date women.  So you are a man that likes women but you get it cut off so you can do what??   And if you transitioned and now think you are female aren't you now gay if you date women?  I do not even try or want to understand all of this craziness.
