Where the hell are you getting your info?    Hillary never went on trial for that or anything else.    The FBI announced and then closed an investigation into it and the result was that they said she used poor judgement in doing the private server thing.     That's it.

Hillary's stuff- when it came out the left cried about the timing of it all and how unfair it was while the right celebrated. Also, the FBI chose not to press charges for whatever reason. 

Again- not sure what the FBI and DOJ have here yet but there must be something. And Trump has been shown to be getting rid of documents and from what I saw so far they are addressing this all to make sure that the originals are still there.
