It was a bipartisan bill that has been in the works since June of 2020 by both Senator Mark Warner (D) Virginia and Senator John Cornyn (R) Texas.

Considering they were laying the groundwork on this bill prior to Biden being elected, I am not sure how you can credit him with it. Give credit to the appropriate people and not just the president.

 

The president gets too much blame/credit.

But note how conservatives on this board blame inflation and high gas prices 100% on Biden.  It's a shame we can have nuanced discussion about positive developments, but negative developments are 100% on the other side.

I agree with you on the price of oil. I have argued many times here how the high oil prices had nothing to do with Biden's policies. Many people blame the president for everything, it is easy to do.

You are correct, I wish there were more nuanced discussions but finger pointing is easier and tends to get more likes and responses, for example we had nuanced discussions on this topic and there were less than 30 responses. You started finger pointing and now there are 2 threads on this same topic that are getting tons of posts.
