mark32esu 18 Posted September 2, 2022 Draft day is Sunday, live draft at my house with 12 long time friends, well maybe 10 friends and two guys to fill spots in an 18 year old league. Anyway, what do I serve this year, brisket or pulled pork? Both options would obviously straight from the smoker. Brisket is the king cut of beef but pricey and doesn't go as far but good lord do I make a good brisket. Pork butt is fatty & juicy & flavorful & relatively cheap and feeds a group pretty well. But it's not brisket. But it's damn good. Thoughts?
AxeElf 787 Posted September 2, 2022 Do both, so as not to exclude the Hindus or the Jews.

taco breath 419 Posted September 3, 2022 i like the both option, quality and quantity. if you got room in the smoker, why not ribs and wings too. what's your address?
jeffkomlo 19 Posted September 3, 2022 Pulled pork, you can eat a sandwich and type on computer Briskets too fancy
taco breath 419 Posted September 3, 2022 good point, wings, ribs and brisket can be messy. 10 drunk guys could destroy your man cave, pulled pork sammies wrapped in foil are the answer.
