How Many Years Before the BEARS Become Deep Playoff Contenders ?

My guess and hope is two to three years... hopefully they'll have good solid draft picks and figure out Fields, either he has to improve as the overall team improves or cut bait.  Still scratching my head why they didn't take George Pickens.  Bear Down

I don't think a team is ever more than about 2-3 seasons away from being a playoff team if they make the right personnel decisions, along with a little luck of course.

That doesn't seem to be very likely with the Bears though, they seem to keep making dumb decisions
