Let's Do the 75 Day Soft Challenge!

Here are the rules:

75 SOFT CHALLENGE RULES

-Choose foods that fuel your body properly 90% of the time
-Workout 4x a week at least a half hour 
-Take a picture on Day 1 & Day 75
-Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day
-Pray or meditate 5+ minutes a day
-Read or listen to 10 minutes of personal development a day

Anyone interested?

You had me at "drink half your body weight in ounces" then it was big let down when I read the rest of it.

Not even sure that is smart and you will flush out good nutrients you put in your body. 4 or 5 glasses of water a day is more then enough in my opinion.

One cup = 8 ounces, so a gallon = 128 ounces = 16 cups.

That being said, I'm a big believer in hydration and typically drink 1 gallon per day.  I started doing it during chemo and have kept it up in the past year since.  But to BHB's point, I'm concerned about diluting nutrients, so I add electrolytes to every glass.

(I'm already doing most of that anyway. I go to the gym almost every day and don't eat a lot of garbage.)
