Several years ago I saw a French movie called "Raw" that dealt with cannibalism and had similar hype. They even gave people puke bags. JFC. Was pretty damn tame. Slowish first 15mins or so, but then hits the fan, probably literally. It shot up at the top or near the top of the list of disturbing movies I've seen.
