wiffleball 4,631 Posted December 5, 2022 Okay, I'm not saying it's quantum time travel, but there's a place here in town that makes cheeseburger tacos. Again, not revolutionary, but instead of that crumbled up crap beef? you take like half of a hamburger patty with cheese and shove it in a crispy corn shell and because it's Colorado we drizzle some green chili on there and all the fixings. Looks to be at least a quarter to half a pound of beef. Fresh baked corn tortillas. Damn. That's so simple it's one of those things like post-it notes you think you should have figured this out a long time ago. Used to do soft tacos like that at home with smaller white corn tortillas, so I don't know why I'm so freaking shocked. But damn now I want like six of those.
