It probly won't matter much.  Houston wants Young; Chicago's not going to take Young.  Barring a trade, Houston gets who they want anyway.

Chicago would, of course, trade the pick if they're not taking Young.  It would be malpractice not to.

Shìt, Houston might have to trade up from 2 just to keep Chicago from trading it to someone else.
