It's why they have to have mustard and ketchup races." Ya know, it isn't the baseball purists they are trying to appeal to but the lay-person living in such a fast paced society. And not seeing the clock in watching a game right now, it may not even be something the fan really notices over time (I was wondering why I couldn't see it as a viewer). I decided to count how long it took for the pitcher to throw a pitch after getting the ball. Almost every time it was around 10 seconds. I’d say that hasn’t been the case in recent years. They can't afford him, and I don't believe they just let him go in free agency. Plesac needs to go. I'd like to see them move Josh Naylor and Myles Straw.
