But the problem with that approach is always putting the black person first rather than just allowing a team to hire who they want. It's not always "oh he won 6 games without McCaffrey", there's a lot more that goes into it. The problem I see is, people are putting skin color as a priority in a business that is already dominated by black people. And the players make tons more than the coaches do overall.
