Seems to be a healthier alternative. Anyone have or cook it?

I have no idea exactly what you are talking about but my youngest son at age 4 (or so) when I put some cut up steak on his plate......said "Dad I love this black chicken!, Yummy"

My wife and I still laugh.  Mrs.KSB when wanting a good steak will look at me and ask if we can have some black chicken.  It's a inside joke.

I have had it a few times at asian restaurants. It was fine, tastewise... once was steamed (not my preference for chicken), but roasted was good.

It is supposed to be lower in cholesterol.

Why is black chicken so underrepresented in grocery stores?

Sounds like they have some health benefits, I’d assume enhanced or preserved depending on cooking method

but also chicken as a whole doesn’t seem like something people are clAmoring for a healthier alternative to.
