Not a fan. I don't know why exactly. I guess it's just that, if that's what I want? I'd rather have long grain wild rice in my dish. Not tiny little chopped up noodle bits. 

 

Now, Ouzo? Whole nother thing.

I’m neutral on it.  Can be versatile.
