Across the country, it breaks my heart to see how the number of places available to go shoplift and rampage without fear of getting prosecuted are dwindling so rapidly. Do any leftoids have a good solution to reverse this trend?  I really appreciate the thrill of gouging on moar free stuff, even when the clothes don't fit. Thanks.

I was in Mali in Africa decades ago. There was major civil unrest. I was in a town where there was rioting, protests and attempting looting. People were starving. They wanted food. So the militia put marksmen up onto rooftops and shot anyone seen running out of broken into areas and trying to escape with food. Not brand new Nikes, not TVs, not IPhones, not jewelry. We are talking food. The majority out on the street were young people and students. You will ask what would cause someone to risk being gunned down. Well if you are starving and your children need food, what do options do you have left? 

People were shot from above. Those who were not killed and managed to survive until morning were doused in gasoline and set on fire in the streets. As an example. 

A few young women were found strangled to death near buildings. They were shot badly and were too wounded to move or no one could carry them out. Apparently many asked to be killed right there so they wouldn't be taken later in the morning to be gang raped by the militia. 

This was long before the age of social media and what's common now in speed of information/widespread internet. There is ugly death and violence all over the world, that most people never hear about and the MSM will not cover or simply don't have the resources or agenda to properly cover. 

There are only two known ways to handle an out of control riot from a logistical standpoint with limited resources/manpower

1) Horse mounted patrols with actual training for effective crowd control. You put a line of 10 horses and either military or law enforcement riders on them, and no crowd is going to get near them. People in general are leery of horses. I don't care how hardened they are as criminals or how ideologically bent they are to be anarchists, no one messes with horses. You want to see someone freak out in a way you can't believe? Force them to walk up behind a horse. And get real close. People won't do it. They can visualize being kicked by a horse. 

2) Elevated snipers. This won't happen in a modern democracy, but in Third World countries, especially places under military rule or smaller areas held by militias, it's the most effective strategy in terms of deployed resources. You can put two men on a roof, in oppose corners, one marksman covering two sides of the building, and you've effectively neutralized the entire concept of looters. 

What has happened all throughout recorded human history when the standard issue government could not or would not enforce civil order, what happened is some version of an ad hoc enforcement system would emerge. Sometimes it's street gangs that are hired as enforcers. Sometimes it's the local law enforcement with a rogue silent off book operation while wearing masks. 

Keep in mind, it's clear the DNC and the establishment Democrats are goading business owners to take up arms. Because a mass shooting on the streets by business owners and rioters/looters will likely result in a lot of black casualties. It fits the narrative to try to eliminate private gun ownership ( makes it easier to control people if they have no weapons) and locks in the younger voting base ( they will see the rioters and looters are being rebels, and those trying to maintain their own small business to feed their kids as part of the "system". Radical leftists want to indoctrinate new converts very young, before they are out in the full time working world, because once you've been grinding for 50 hours a week for 4-5 years straight, then you start to have sympathy for some guy running a sandwich shop or a liquor store who is just trying to pay his mortgage)

When John Legend and Chrissy Teigen bailed out so many looters and rioters in 2020 for "social justice", do you think they would do that if those rioters and looters were coming into their wealthy gated heavily protected neighborhood? 

It's the same issue with lots of radical liberals. It's easy for them to scream about social justice when they don't have to live on the same streets as the rioting and looting. 

Self defense by small business owners won't work. Because it's clear a Soros bought DA like Alvin Bragg or Larry Krasner will try to run that person over the coals. 

What will likely happen is someone will take an elevated position, see a group of looters with stolen property in front some burning business front, then open fire and empty 2-3 full magazines, then they'll flee. Bragg and Krasner and the like can't put you in jail if they don't know who you are. Areas heavily populated with a lot of Asian small businesses are better off, as it's been made known to black street gangs that Asian gangs have now put out open bounties on rioters and looters who cross into their territories. Not just the thieves, but also their families. Asian gangs specialize in home invasions. So if you do want to test it, odds are you will be tracked down, then you and your entire family will disappear. 

It's extremely expensive to maintain an equestrian unit for law enforcement. And very few departments have the raw numbers of them needed for effective crowd control. 

At some point, a mass of looters and rioters will probably end up being shot by some unknown "vigilante"  Since the MSM leans hard left, they will attempt to spin the narrative that it's a gang dispute in the area. Instead of just some citizens being tired of being told to lay down and die and accept being victims. 

Do I want any of this happen? No. But recorded human history has made it clear that when the government at large won't enforce civil order, then a surrogate system will naturally emerge.
