He promised to end the Ukraine war before his inauguration and then stated he'd get it over on Day 1. He promised 90 deals in 90 deals and has make like one or two. Impoverished people in places such as Africa are starving to death while food rots in warehouses. He is giving tax breaks to the rich while cutting Medicaid. His tariffs eventually will come back to bite him and Americans in the ass. Innocent people have been deported. He has done harm to our relations with allies. 

The list goes on and on. 

Worst president ever, hands down.

And he's just a despicable human being to boot. I didn't agree with what he Obama administration did, but at least he was a classy, likeable guy. Biden wasn't all that likeable, but he was far less of an embarrassment than Trump.

POTUS' have always and forever come up short of campaign promises, it's to be expected, TDS just has many making it out to be more than it is.

We will just have to agree to disagree on many of the points you listed and about where he stands as a POTUS

There is no such thing as TDS. This is a lame, overused label that MAGAs came up with to whitewash the profound dislike and disapproval that a majority of Americans have for Trump because of his outrageous actions and statements, and there is no getting around him being impeached twice and convicted of 34 felonies. And there is a good chance that he's on that Epstein list and has a connection to human trafficking and sex with underaged girls.

There is actually lots of evidence of Trump experiencing cognitive decline.  There is a whole thread about it.  You just refuse to accept it because you support him.
