wiffleball 4,631 Posted May 13, 2023 I kind of hate this world. Had a banquet of 80 people a few days ago. Very detail about the menu. Very very food specific. They wanted rice pilaf, vegan. With Marscapone. We have more genius culinary managers then Iron Chef. Passed by everybody. I waS lucky to hear our jackass "chef" say that out loud. He was pissed we didn't have marscapone in a piping bag. Usually, I keep my head down. To National Culinary Guy: " you know mascarpone is not vegan right? His look was priceless. Great.
