kilroy69 919 Posted Monday at 02:59 PM I mean I would love to be shocked by him. But after seeing McConnel freeze up multiple times and the fact Feinstein basically is a vegetable Lurch being a moron does not even rise to the level of concern.

Voltaire 3,977 Posted Tuesday at 01:19 PM The Pennsylvania Democrats knew Fetterman lacks cognitive ability but nominated him anyways. A few months later, the Pennsylvania general election voters also knew Fetterman lacks cognitive ability but elected him anyways. So now Pennsylvania has this embarrassing, barely functional person representing them in the Senate. That was always their choice and their prerogative. Also I don't really disagree with his mumbo jumbo about bank bailouts at the end of the day. At least he gets across that he doesn't like them.

She looks well groomed and professionally attired to me i see no reason to make an issue of traditional ethnic or religious headdresses. Her views are unacceptable to me, but not her personal presentation. Fetterman, on the other hand, well he is slovenly, unprofessional, and an embarassment. Baker Boy 1,309 Posted Tuesday at 09:30 PM Quote Will you wear your hoodie on the Senate floor," Fetterman was asked during an interview with the Big K Morning Show in early October 2022 on the campaign trail. "I'm going to only wear what you're supposed to wear and whatever dress code," he responded.
zsasz 107 Posted Wednesday at 04:38 PM We the people have, for some time, applauded the tossing aside of ritual, decorum, tradition and tried and true accepted niceties. Hell, we elected a man in 2016 to the highest office in the land under an idea that what the "swamp" was doing wasn't working and that we should look outside the box to get back to normal. And we're complaining about dress code? I thought we as a country were supposed to be more mavericky.
Mike Honcho 3,543 Posted Thursday at 03:34 PM Quote Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) poked fun at the new Senate dress code Monday, joking that she planned to wear a bathing suit on the Senate floor. “I plan to wear a bikini tomorrow to the Senate floor,” Collins joked to reporters. Now that's a threat the capitol police need to take seriously!
