And no, I thought OJ was guilty and that Mark Fuhrman framed a guilty man. 

My point was to ensure that we understand that sometimes the legal system gets it wrong, and I think they got it wrong with this gold digger. It is what it is.  You can pretend that any of it matters of course, and I leave that to you.

If the jury got it wrong and the case was obviously so cut and dried as you think it was, then why didn't Trump testify in court? All he did was a video taped deposition and even screwed that up, identifying  a photo of Carroll as his former wife Marla Maples.

The full panel of judges on the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in New York has just rejected Donald Trump’s appeal in the defamation and sexual abuse case brought by E. Jean Carroll, upholding his loss.

Trump is a sexual abuser and it’s being confirmed over and over again.

Donald’s hit rate in court is pretty bad.
