last year's is better:

suggesting either 3/5/7, or decimal

preference is no ding for the missed fg, but will go with the flow

Last years in place now.

I prefer no ding, but open to either.

Open do decimal if the other guys are.

 Even though I know Alias D was referring to me, I actually am of the same line of thinking. Wake me up when you guys have hammered out everything you want.

I just thought we could keep things simple by working off last years successful league and making minor tweaks

Sorry buddy. I started British Open drinking early this morning and got a wild hair. I wasn't trying to stir any pots.

Nothing stirred, I just can’t keep track of all the proposed changes. It’s been quite a few now. Everyone “would suggest _____ but is good with what everyone wants” but there’s no voting, just more suggested tweaks

you guys do your thing, I can do well with any FF format 💪🏼 😆

@bostonlager

could you please gather the talking points and develop polls for them?

As ww mentioned, we started with a handful and they grew based on the new platform

Will do. Lets get a list started and I will post all at once.

1. decimals on FGs

2. INT/Fumble negatives.

What else?

1. decimals on FGs: or adjust to 3/5/7?

2. INT/Fumble negatives: currently: int= -2, no negative for f- so do we want to change either or both?

What else?

for d/st:

would we want: 1 for F, 2 for FR?

thoughts on PA on a defensive score (ie: do we want a pick 6 to count against our PA/different that allowing a ST allowing a td from a PR or KR)

do we want a scale for yards against?

divisions or not?

to have minus for missed fg or not?

???

for d/st:s

would we want: 1 for F, 2 for FR? - I have never played in a league the awarded forced fumbles, only recoveries. I am open to the idea.

thoughts on PA on a defensive score (ie: do we want a pick 6 to count against our PA/different that allowing a ST allowing a td from a PR or KR) - I have always thought about this and can go either way.

do we want a scale for yards against? I have played in leagues with and without. Prefer no yards, I for some reason thought we did that last year.

divisions or not? - I like one big or 2 divisions. Four 3- team divisions often results in a quality team left out and a turd getting in.

to have minus for missed fg or not? - I am okay with either.

???

I set up pole for 3 rules. Some things are pretty minor and it sounds like between you, WW, and myself we can set this up. Most are saying do whatever you guys want.

1.  i play idp where our players get pts for FF, and it makes sense for non-idp as well. you get something for the play and you get the full 2 pts for the recovery.

2.I really could go either way.  what comes to mind is a team's offense having a turnover inside the 50 and the d reducing the damage.

3. i like division, but can go either way.  i see a majority preferring it at the moment.

4. prefer not to take the hit, but indifferent about the -1.

I am not terribly worried.

just putting some things out there and offering the rationale.

league consensus is fine. worth thinking about.

Last year it was 0-39 = 3

40-49 = 4

50+ = 5

this

Also, for missed FG, only neg if under 30yds.  Otherwise would be okay with no neg on kicks.   Shouldn't be penalized for missing a 60 yarder as time expires.
