Funny and sad the same time

So there's this guy. And he's got a German Shepherd with a little vest that says service animal. I don't trust that at all. Because if you go on the internet for $25 you can get signed paperwork and they'll throw the vest in for free. Which really deligitize legitimate charities like seeing eye dogs and other charities.

 

Anywho, after a few days I was ready to beat the out of this guy. Why? He kept over correcting his poor dog.I mean like literally 20 times per minute. 

After watching this guy more intensely, it turns out the idiot has tourette's. Or something like that.

 

So now I can't be mad at the guy, but I still feel really badly for the poor dog. He's got to be thinking, what the hell man?

It's a pretty great dog.
