Newly released footage of the night in question appears to show Boebert's exposed breasts being fondled by her date for an extended period of time while she, in turn, dawdles around in his lap with her hand. As many have pointed out on social media, having seen this footage, children were seated all around the couple that night, within viewing range of what they were up to.

Pretty clear he was playing with her taters.  Less than clear she was jerking him off from the limited video in the clip.  She may have been reaching over to grab him and pinch him to make him stop.  I will await the full length feature to make a final determiation.  This would not be the first time the trailer for a movie mislead me as to the actual contents of the movie.  Like Lucy, she does have some splaining to do.  When she does I hope she explains that she got really high from the vaping and the shrooms she dropped before the musical started and simply  lost sight of where she was.  Maybe she thought she was at a taffy pull.  maybe she was trying to generate some beetle juice.
