Maybe. Can’t be letting people off for trying to kidnap and assault the speaker of the house though. What if it is was that Mike Johnson fella whose house was broken into and it was his wife that got bludgeoned with a hammer?

If this guy actually does time or is deported, I'll admit the attack was legit.  Probation and stay in the US, then a deal was cut in advance of the dog and pony show.

This guy isn't getting probation or deportation.  He's going to prison.   And if Trump is reelected, he'll get pardoned, and all you MAGAts will rejoice.

I'm not a Trump fan, and I dislike most presidential pardons.

But, you are a Leftist so you only see things thru the simplest of lenses.
