Good to see the GC believes in fact checkers and community notes now.  But yeah, not sure why Ron won’t admit he got got here.   But then again there were recent incidents where digby believed that Democrats were proposing a program to legalize immigrant slaves (and doubled down after being shown it was satire), and multiple posters who believed the Red Cross was no longer accepting Covid vaccinated blood, and we didn’t have the same onslaught of posters laughing at them, I wonder why.

Honestly it makes more sense that he just called her the wrong name.  My grandmother used to call me every name in the family before she got to my name at the end of her life, it's what old people do.
