No, the truth is ballots go out in the mail to addresses where the "To:" recipient is a dead person. It happens a lot. A LOT.  Also, to add to it, people who move and don't forward their addresses, still get ballots sent to their old addresses. And this happens a lot. It's commonplace. And official ballots go to wrong people all the time. And democrat fockheads always run the shltty, highly populated areas, of America. So the least educated, which are those areas, send those in for liberals.
