I’ll start with him thinking he won the election and the hundreds of things he fabricated to that end.

That’s more of a mental deficiency I suppose. Some type of extreme insecurity that manifests itself as psychosis but it’s very dangerous trait to have as Prez.

Feel free to assign phrases like delusion of grandeur, or narcissism, to Trump.  He is certainly narcissistic.  But his mental capabilities have not diminished anywhere near Biden, that is obvious.

I listened again to that tape where Trump confuses Haley with Pelosi. It’s very disturbing- it’s far different from any of his other gaffes, or any of Biden’s gaffes. It could just be mental exhaustion or it could be something much more serious. 
 

This sort of confusion is not a trait of senility; it is, however, not uncommon among those who suffer from Alzheimer’s. I’ve had two members of my family with this truly horrible disease. As much as I dislike Donald Trump, i truly hope that this is not the case for him.
