I'm not 100% sure as of right now. (I hope I'm wrong)
I've been in pretty constant touch with him (phone) for the last couple of years, and for the last 5 months or so nothing. 
I've shared this with a few other posters here since my suspicions of his passing.

He had quite a bit of health issues over the last 2 years (none of which I choose to discuss here) and the last time we talked since his latest hospital trip, it didn't sound encouraging. 

If he indeed has passed, then RIP. Victor. 
Hopefully you are up there swimming in a pool of AIDS :cheers:

Five months ago would have been late December. 

The 2024 murder rate in Philadelphia should be half of what it's been in recent years.

Still try and call him at least once a week,  but recording now is in a language I don't understand.  Philly was a Russki of sorts, but the language on the new message is not Russian.

Mebbe he just got tired of talking to me. :dunno:
