While I agree that young kids shouldn't be at adult themed drag events, I still have a problem with the govt regulating it.

We already have laws that protect children against indecency.  If we want the govt to regulate certain behaviors it sets a bad precedent.  Should be make it illegal for kids to attend certain churches, gun shows, protests?

Exactly...I wouldn't take my own children to one knowingly....but I can't stop someone from doing so- nor should I

I'm waiting for @Sean Mooneyto come tell me it doesn't happen often and I hate trans people.

You''ll just shift the argument and pretend you didn't say it.

Then you'll probably find some opinion piece to declare as "data"

Posters here have argued that they are “grooming” kids to become trans.  Are you disputing that or are you just saying “well they’re not telling the whole entire world to become trans”?

Most grooming is facilitated by useful idiots like teachers unions and woke white women on school boards

I think that's a function of people pushing back because they want people to live they way they want them to and not the other way around always

It’s not.  As society has gotten more and more tolerant, the discord has only gotten worse.  Turns out that harmony in society is directly proportional to people sharing similar beliefs, backgrounds, language, etc.  It’s been true since the dawn of man.

So many weak men. They know it’s wrong and won’t subject their own kids to it, but won’t  even speak up that it’s bad for all children. No wonder we are where we are with these type of men raising even more weaklings and women with issues.

Can’t opt your k-5 kid out of the lgbtq + curriculum in Maryland. Kindergarten. It’s not happening. Fockin weak ass biches.

You buying that BeachGuy pablum that I said it was an undeniable fact that college protests are affecting Biden's policies?  (pro tip: I didn't.)  And then when he asked for data to support it, I provided the opinions of political experts who agreed?  That's DEFCON 1 level idiocy, even for you.

Sorry pal, you take garbage to a whole new level.  You're like the POS at the bottom of a garbage pile.

You would think with the amount of racist and homophobic slurs Gutterboy has tossed around here, never mind him making light of and a joke about an actual young girl being raped in her high school bathroom, that he might attempt a little self reflection. Same guy that goes on and on about hypotheticals. I think he’s bi-polar.

Being proud of being a mom isn’t the issue. It’s the emphasis on being a “homemaker.” You can be a mom without needing to be a homemaker (AKA stay at home mom)

What's wrong with being a homemaker? They are literally the foundation of the family. The most important piece.

Again weird flex to sh1t all over them just because they aren't in the workforce making powerpoints.

13 pages because an NFL player had the audacity to speak of his beliefs at a Catholic school commencement ceremony.

Sad.

Yeah I don't get the outrage. Do liberals hate homemakers that much?

Does every woman have to be in the workforce? Working to consume? Are women not allowed to do what they enjoy doing?

The guy has told multiple posters that he wants their kids to be raped, posters kids watching porn, multiple posters he wants to die.

He's a real sick bastard.

No one is sh1tting all over homemakers.  My wife is a homemaker.  We're sh1tting all over the guy that said that a woman's worth is being a homemaker.

You’re lying.  Well, most  of that is. How many times have you wished aids on people?

Nothing is wrong with being a homemaker.  Them being “the most important piece” is yours and Butker’s opinion and you are welcome to it.   But it should be up to the woman to decide if that’s what they want to do.

The weird flex was the millionaire telling half of his audience they just wasted $200k on a degree when “one of the most important titles of all is a homemaker” where of course a degree is not required.

They are, that’s the point.  Tell that to Harrison Butker.

Homemaker is one of the most important titles... Just because a woman stays home doesn't make her worthless.

Again, weird flex

No that's what you're infering what he said, or youre lying.

He was honoring those women.

I guess your side only finds someone's worth in GDP.

You’re inferring what I said, or you’re lying. Actually, I know you’re lying because I never said that and specifically said the opposite as earlier in the thread I said I’d argue being a stay at home parent is more difficult than many 9 to 5’s.

The hypocrisy of you putting words in my mouth and then literally 2 minutes later denying the clear implication of Butker’s comments is pretty hilarious.

I think you have it backwards.  Butker and the people celebrating his comments seem afraid of women that make more money than them.

I’ve noticed @Horseman has avoided this thread.  @RogerDodger, do you think the “homemaker is the foundation of the family”?

Yeah, that's not what Butker said and/or implied at all.  That's you and your side twisting what he said into something he didn't say and then arguing against that.  If only we had a word for that.

I never said anything in specific about that policies thing. I commented on your article you shared which is phrased like an opinion piece, reads like an opinion piece and is straight an opinion piece. You called it "data". It isn't. Eat sh!t

Probably protesting his wife asking him to take the trash out.

Imagine being a homemaker and having to hear all these people, companies and human trash sh1t all over you because you don't wage slave yourselves to a company.

Instead you build a family with your husband and serve each other. He supports you with his labor and you support him by having a peaceful home and raising the children.

I know people on the left are ugly inside and out but this is a whole new level.

Holy focking sh1t dude.  No one (at least here, and really not that I’ve seen elsewhere) is sh1tting on homemakers.

We’re simply saying it should be up to the woman to decide whether they want to be one, they don’t need men like your racist azz telling them “their life won’t really start” until they become one
