The DB requires a full version of Microsoft Excel in order to function. The benefit of Excel is that Draft Buddy is both Windows and Mac compatible, with one exception - Microsoft lost their heads and stripped out vital code making the DB incompatible with Mac Office 2008. The good news is, the DB does work with all other versions of Mac Office, including Mac Office 2011.

8/1 Update -

We've added version 2.0 which includes a couple fixes...

1. Trash talking sound effects - crucial to taunting your opponents in a live draft - were not working in some cases on Windows due to OneDrive preventing Draft Buddy from finding the sound files. That should be fixed.

On Mac, if you have issues with the sounds, we recommend opening the sounds you want to use in QuickTime and play from that in a separate window. You will have more control over the sound playback in QuickTime.

2. Change to the Draft Pick Recommended overall ranking method (4. options tab). The prior settings gave too much weight to RB, and not enough to WR. In today's NFL and fantasy game, especially leagues with points-per-reception and 3+ WR starters (plus flexes), we want to make sure to stockpile solid WR over ~60/40 timeshare RB.

8/22 Update -

Week 3 of the pre-season begins tonight. Big draft weekend coming up!

- DEN QBs - Already had Bo Nix starting most of the season, not a big bump for him
- RB Jaylen Warren, PIT:  Down a bit. Multiple week hamstring injury is never good.
- RB Rico Dowdle, DAL: Up a bit as camp reports are positive.
- KC WRs - Fallout from Marquise Brown injury; more comfortable with Rashee Rice
- TE Cole Kmet, CHI - Down a bit. Gerald Everett is going to be involved.

- K Cade York - traded to WAS.

Big update today as we rosters have been trimmed to 53! A lot of shuffling on the backend of the depth charts.

I left RB D'Onta Foreman projected on the Browns as he's expected to re-sign with the team.

- Slight bump for WR Rachee Rice, KC
- Slight bump for RB Samaje Perine, KC

- A few changes on the D/ST tab
