The team is not even ranked in the top 25 and Fleming doesn’t even appear to be the best player on the team, which would suggest the “safety concern” is being overblown. Also apparently the teammate that filed a lawsuit lived with Fleming for awhile before even realizing they were trans. I think the point is that you open the door if you allow this to happen, even for one tranny that's not so good. Her talent (or lack thereof) has nothing to do with the danger women face by competing against men. At some point, if this continues, there WILL be a dude that will cause damage. I also think trannies need to declare themselves, for their safety and everyone else's. The fact that she moved in with another woman and that woman did not know he was an actual male violates all kinds of gender norms and laws, IMO. Would you want your daughter unknowingly living with a man? No f'n way. FFS, women are screeching at the top of their lungs how "toxic" and dangerous men are, but now suddenly we're supposed to ignore that for trannies? Again, no f'n way. I believe they specifically allow transgender athletes as long as they meet specific hormone requirements. So if the NCAA permits it I don’t see how a school could prohibit it.
