Have mail in ballots already gone out in the huricane zone?

Are ballots now destroyed in the flood waters:

If ballots had not gone out yet are they destroyed at balloting centers or printing centers?

How does one vote if their home and all their documentation was lost in the flood?

What happens to ballots which were in washed away drop boxes or mailboxes or even post offices?
