Starting Geno Smith over Patrick Mahomes. Am I crazy?

No, people don’t want to admit it, but for fantasy football, Mahomes is a streaming qb at best and has been for a few years now. Smith has the better match up,, and has far better pass catches.

That's true...

We're slowly getting back into the bus driver QB days. Which I think is a good thing.

Mahomes obviously is more than a bus driver, he can and will turn it up when needed, but for fantasy football purposes, bus driver...

Limit for Geno is them milking a lead and not passing so much, would still go with him over Mahomes

good point.   Rice being out of the lineup does not help the pass game.

Probably means Kelce gets more looks, so if you are a Kelce owner you should be happy.

but Mahomes isnt the set it and forget it QB of past years.    I do think the offense gets on track eventually but not while they have half their WR out with injuries (hollywood is out too)

No. Mahomes has been fantasy ass for 3 seasons now. He only cares about Superbowls, therefore he is undraftable.

He's gone 13 straight weeks without throwing for 3 TD's.  17 if you count the post season.  That offense has been hexed and jinxed by the bad juju that Matt Nagy has spreading since he arrived as OC.  I know it Andy Reid's offense but bad juju is bad juju.
