Week Early Waiver Wire (Wk 7)

Who are the guys who will be hot waiver additions going into week 8 that you should pick up now to save some FAAB?  I’ll start..

Noah Brown - got a feeling he goes off vs CAR this week  

Hopkins (if avail).  Have a feeling he’ll either be traded soon or Rudolph will take over at QB after this week. 

R. Bateman - one more good game and folks will finally believe he’s roster worthy.

If you are looking for a wr3/4.....Jeudy. Coop is gone so he's #1 now. He's averaging 7+ pts a game 1/2 ppr. Even if Watson keeps his job....those #'s will improve. Chubb coming back is going to help as well. Njoku will absorb some of those passes but not all.

Kimani Vidal Sassoon

Gus looks pretty washed, and is on IR.  I don't think Harbough wants to give Dobbins 30 touches a game, and if he continues to do so, he'll break down anyway.  And Vidal happens to be pretty good.

I agree. vidal is a nice bench stash right about now.   if and when dobbins gets hurt he will suddenly become far more important.   if you have need at RB and you have an open roster spot, hes not a bad lotto ticket and the cost is practically nothing

Polk might be worth a stash. Lots of angling toward Pop this week (and he certainly should be rostered). If DMaye stays good, the talented rookie could also make a splash moving forward.

Call me crazy, but I just picked up Drake Maye and plan to start him this week vs the Jags...

I have CJ Stroud but I just like that match up better

Maye, Douglas, Boutte.

Maybe rostered if not superflex but Rodgers, he’s already throwing a ton & it will just go up. Adams’ main value is end zone target.

now that hes in there, I dont think they will pull him unless hes REALLY bad.

and he is a QB who picks up points with his feet so the floor will be decent.    I just wouldnt start him against any top Defenses he plays.

We get big bonus pts for long TD plays and he throws a beautiful deep ball.

I think Jax is a team he can have a big game against, they're ranked 32nd  against QBs in my league.

I agree though, he's not somebody to start against a good D

I drafted Vidal, dropped and now picked him up again. Dobbins gets hurt and Vidal will be the PPR guy

if Dobbins gets hurt Vidal has a chance to be a full fledged starter.

keep in mind a chance does not mean it will happen.  it could just as easily just become a committee with Vidal as one of the main contributors.

Depends on how much they trust Vidal, but if , and hopefully not, but if Dobbins gets hurt, and Edwards gets healthy, I think a RBBC would probably take place, but with Vidal getting the majority of the work imo.

well, the one thing I'll say is the arrow appears to be pointing up.    but that could change as the wind does.   we shall see.  for now, hes a player of interest and if you have interest in Dobbins already, he might not be a bad handcuff.
