The most intriguing is Jerry Jeudy. His new role is WR #1, he's one of the few shown that stays on his team (knows the playbook) he's going to have a new QB at the helm, & they have Nick Chubb back. Will that be enough to improve these figures ?

Passing Yards 30th 160 YPG
Rushing Yards 28th 94 YPG
Total Yards Per Game 32nd 254 YPG

I won't rank them all, but if I had to choose only 1,  it would be Amari Cooper.

Okay, I'll play.  I'd rank them:

  • Cooper - BUF - best combination of individual talent and best team situation on the list
  • Adams - NYJ - not sure I trust Rodgers or the Jets to be able to feed so many mouths, but can't deny that he is in what should be a good situation
  • McMillan - TB - a bit of an unknown risk, but has the opportunity to step into a WR1 role with a hot QB (we'll soon find out if that heat was solely due to previous receiving talent)
  • Hopkins - KC - certainly has the potential to end up being the best of the bunch, but some risk on what exact role he will have and if he still has "it"
  • Tillman - CLE - another unknown risk with the potential to step into the alpha role with Jameis slinging it
  • Sterling Shepherd - TB - the veteran probably has a decent floor and could surprise
  • Jeudy - CLE - might push Tillman, but i don't think he will win that battle - if he was going to breakout, I think he would have done it already
  • Meyers - LVR - better suited to a complimentary WR2 role where someone else gets the D's attention
  • MVS - NO - just not very good (he's been on much better teams with better QBs and not consistently produced)
  • Turner - LVR - definition of a JAG, been around the league for four years and has never even flashed
  • Thanks 1

If Meyers ever gets healthy.  You'd think he was waiting to be traded as well.  I don't think it's happening my guy lol.

1. Cooper - got a guy that can throw him the ball.   Check his targets to receptions with Cleveland versus last week.

2. Adams- similar to above and he has rapport with Rodgers

3. Hopkins - less competition at the position around him, and should have a chance to make big contributions for a team with playmakers around him on the offense

Then I'd guess someone off TB or SF as they also have good QB play and will have an opportunity for someone to step up.   I'd guess McMillan then pearsall maybe (Jennings if he wasn't hurt).

Maybe my memory is fading but my recollection of Cooper in Dallas was like 5 beast games a year, about 5 where he was at/near his projection, and the other about 5 where he wasn’t much of a factor.

I like him the best of the group listed, but could see similar in Buffalo.  He’ll do fine most weeks, but his floor can frustrate owners.

Amari Cooper has been about the same everywhere he's played.

He'll put up something like 1100 yards and 7-8 TDs.  About half of that production will come in 2-3 games, and the rest will be pretty evenly distributed across the rest from barely serviceable to should be on the bench.

And because you don't know which game he'll explode and which game he'll have a pedestrian stat-line you just keep rolling him out there and hope for the best.

Exactly right!

Although it does seem like it's slightly more likely to happen at home and against bad teams.

He does show up in big games sometimes too.

Great landing spot for Mr Cooper, one Him on both of my teams , I’m hoping for more of what he did last game.  I really need him in my non ppr league, I lost Rice.
