It’s been a long time since I took civics, so I’m surprised to learn the Civil Rights Act destroyed the AA nuclear family. 🤡

I think it’s patently hypocritical, given how often you call libs/Dems evil. Should we or should we not call political opponents “evil”?

Ticky Tacky even for you.

Yet right here in this thread and elsewhere, you call libs/Dems evil and routinely compare them to Nazis

I thought you weren't Liberal or a Dem. Oops!

Maud Marin is likely to run against Bragg, and is a legitimate threat for him.

I think she should get immediate protection, and we need to be ready for every possible dirty trick in the book thrown at her, not unlike they did to Trump.

Bragg is one of those people who lacks any notion of morality and will do anything to take out his opponents.

Damage Done by the Civil Rights Acrt

Quote

Instead, by incentivizing government funding of single mothers who did not marry the fathers of their children, and by expanding the panoply of welfare state programs to Americans who were already experiencing serious stress and hardship, a series of significant problems became an unstoppable conflagration often referred to as a tangle of pathologies.

You can continue to ignore what transpired, or pretend its something else....maybe that hidden and mysterious whiteness out there your folks like to pretend exists.

Rather than ignore the problems it created, it might be better to admit what happened, and then unwind the bad policy where possible. If you really want to help, learn how to admit when mistakes are made and then get into the real work of developing real solutions.

The problem here is the Liberals are far too certain they have it all figured out, have all the answers, and deny any critical debate about their ideas.  Like children you fumble around, hurt people, then pretend you didnt....lets stop that....

They did not prosecute him the six prior times he was arrested.   And then they got to face down the outcomes of their despicable policies.

At least three cases of his are still open, including the Nov. 11 arrest for the Times Square CVS incident, another from Aug. 5 for grand larceny inside Macy’s at the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst and from June 13 for robbery at a Flushing supermarket, sources said.

Simosa had been due to face a Queens judge on Thursday after taking a guilty plea in one of his earlier arrests, the sources added.

Why did you claim he wasn't prosecuted, when clearly the cases are one, still on-going and in the final one at the sentencing stage?

Also, I'm pretty sure you knew what the question was.

No I did not know your question.

Now, if it is your position that someone such as this person should not be held, should be released and the way this person was handled is acceptable, then perhaps you would be happy being the next victim?   Please do step up.

I have to wonder if we could also detect distinctions between this person and Daniel Penny.🤔

Perhaps your attempted deflection-defense of this situation is misplaced. maybe?

Are you planning on answering the question of why you said he wasn't prosecuted or are you just going to keep engaging argumentative fallacies? Cause I'm not going to waste my time with that.

So, are you seriously contending that "racist" LBJ was instrumental in getting The Civil Rights Act passed with the intent "to replace the AA father with the government"?

He was prosecuted? So he was then found not guilty, and that is why he was on the street?

Ask yourself this, how many times did Daniel Penny commit crimes before he was put in a court room?  Think about the dictinctions.

I know he was a racist.  I know his policies have harmed the people it pretends to help.    That is enough for me to be suspicious of his intent.

Hell, lets assume you are right, that a lifelong racist suddenly became not racist, out of the blue.....   and his "intent" was pure......who cares.....the outcomes were bad, that is enough.
