Seriously though this was a cease fires long in the making and beneficial to both sides.  Israel already did a bunch of damage and is seeing diminished returns plus there is less and less public support for the conflict.  Hezbollah needs time to recover from the pounding they took.  You should learn something about the conflict before spewing ignorant BS.  This had nothing to do with Trump.

I think Israel is responsible for the ceasefire, along with Iran and Hezbollah, but mainly because of the destruction Israel has brought on Hezbollah. Has nothing to do with Trump. Israel's unleashing on Hezbollah in Lebanon has brought about the peace they aimed to achieve so the farmers in northern Israel can return to their homes and land.

I can't although I think Trump is more respected & maybe feared than Biden.  The cease fire is because the terrorists got their arse kicked & the money behind them(Iran) is running out & if Trump puts sanctions on them again they will run out of money sooner.

Sorry if this has been discussed, but it was a temporary cease-fire which expires 4 days after Trump takes over.  Coincidence?  I would think not.  

The permanent cease-fire, if it happens, will be under a Trump regime which will be much more willing to let Israel finish the job.
