The Hitman apparently engraved messages on the shell casings so he wanted them found.

Joe Biden is on record as thinking shooters are accurate enough to aim for appendages like legs.  Specifically he thinks cops shouldn't aim for center mass in order to minimize fatalities in police encounters with suspects.  It sounds like you believe the same thing.

oh, what a stupid way to wiggle politics in. like I said, I think the shooter initially avoided a kill shot intentionally.

Not about politics.  About the dumb statement that a shooter would aim for a leg.  He's gonna miss a decent percent of the time and when he does the victim is going to run and now the hitman has the explain how he let his mark get away.

In combat, with a handgun, I believe in the Mozambique Drill, two to the heart and one to the head.  For a hit where the victim is wholly unaware of the shooter's presence prior to the first shot I believe in the reverse order, first one to thed head then two to the heart.  There was no reason in this scenario for the shooter to not place the barrel of his weapon against the victim's skull as he pulled the trigger.

That is what I am saying, there was a reason to not kill immediately, which it looks like was quite easy to do.

I do?  I am pro trans and abortion once again, I am pro the gays, I am not even for deporting illegals, but I am anti war machine, which is oddly the same stance I have had my whole life, and that makes me MAGA now

If this guy did this because his family member suffered/died because this insurance company denied claim(s) they really shouldn't have, then I hope he gets away with it, but seems like he made mistakes and likely will be caught.
