Agree, completely.   I remember Cuomo before CNN went over the edge, he was serviceable then, I see him as far better now....a real return to actual jounralism.

I hope what he is trying to do can spread.

I will check this out if my streaming service (Hulu) offers it. 

My trepidation is that anchors hosting nightly hour long infotainment show inevitably must inject their own opinions. I don't GAF about their opinions. I want them to tell me what's going on, look at it from multiple angles, and let me make my own decision. Cable news is, IMO, a horrible place to consistently source current information. Except maybe during big breaking news events.

It is spreading.  Even CNN execs had told anchors to tone down the hateful rhetoric that was on a nightly basis.  Plus they are getting rid of and demoting the problem ones.  Thats a start.

Sorry.  Credibility so readily and thoroughly and often condecendingly and viciously thrown away is not regained, for me, by someone despeartely trying to regain their credibility for their marketability.  If he wants to feed the children, plant trees, read to teh elderly or bring the elderly hot meals, I say great, let him do his penance in peace.  If he wants fame and riches doing what he did so cynically and may well be doing cynically again, not for me.  I will not participate in rewarding him.  I give him the same leeway i gave to others, like Tucker Carlson, which is to say none.

Marvelously stupid take to blame the man who just took over before he has been able to fully implement his policies or to get his people in place.  With millions of federal employees i might give him a month or two.  The blame here, if there is blame, goes to the administration which has been in control. We are still coasting along in the momentum of their policies.

 

That said, and having insulted you so you probably are not feeling kindly disposed to me at the moment or maybe not at all, it is good to see another kayaker on the site.

He did the Day 1 thing and went on to purge DEI and then blame DEI for the crash.

This is lunatic politics at its finest. 

What's the over/under on how long Trump gets to blame the previous administration before he's forced to take responsibility for his own administration.

He's already peed the rug like an whipped dog over his freezes.

Expect more of the same moving forward. He had his little hissy-fit fun, now we respond.

Could be.  I don't trouble myself over trying to distinguish aliases.  I simply learn soon enough to ignore them, no matter whose they may be based on their content.  See, to me there are so many fools here of more or less the same stripe taht I don't really see the value of memorizing each individual stripe pattern.  To me they are all zebras.
