I really have not started to do any research for this season, so that may have something to do with it but this feels like one of those years where I really don't care where i'm drafting... or certainly don't see any slam dunk top pick (the way too early drafters would have considered CMC last season). So i'm taking one of the top 3 RB's on my board and going with the one I think has the most upside compared to their 2024 because I feel he has either less competition or less wear and tear.

I think there are 4 players who could have been the top overall pick here in a non-PPR draft. Robinson was certainly one of the four. I think that is the first tier we're dealing with in terms of overall value.

Love Gibbs this season. I would probably take him over Barkley at this point in time. I reall think these first four picks put teams at a bit of an advantage as I do see the value drop after that enough that I think you want to be taking a player in that first third of the round.

Middle of the round is always tough in a standard draft for me.  Do I take a lower ranked RB or go with a higher ranked WR?  I felt I needed to sure up a decent RB so I went with Henry.  He's getting up there in age but hasn't slowed down much.  I liked what I saw from him last year and expect more of the same this year.

Jeanty was really the only other player that I was considering, but when left with similarly valued players (especially in the first round!) I go with the guy that already has a history in the NFL.
