Not sure if this is the cause but someone reported on the ground it looked like the flaps were not set to takeoff.

Other than catastrophic engine failure due to things like bird strikes this type of crash usually has something to do with pilot error or weight distribution.

Not sure that is legitimate, the guy didn't have a scratch on him which seems unlikely if the plane exploded on impact.

I am sorry they posted pictures of him and his face is all scratched up. He showed his ticket.

OK I just saw the video where is walking and he doesn't look hurt in that (although there is not a close up of his face, he is shown pretty much from the back and side, not really facing the camera).

I can't tell from the video whether the flaps were down.  That seems to be the case is many of these types of crashes when the plane doesn't get lift quick enough.  God I hope that isn't true.   But could be a pilot error thing.   Which is a damn shame
